Dietary findings are discussed from the standpoint of the NASNRC Recommended Dietary Allowances. Protein, thiamin, riboflavin, and niacin intakes were generally good. Males had more adequate calcium, vitamin A, and iron intakes than did females, whereas the latter received more adequate amounts of calories than did males.
