A. C. Sonnenwirth Ph.D.1, E. T. Yin B.S.1, E. M. Sarmiento B.S.1, and S. Wessler M.D.1

1 From the Division of Microbiology and the Department of Medicine, The Jewish Hospital of Saint Louis and the Departments of Microbiology, Pathology, and Medicine, Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis, Missouri
